What good thing I have done today:

  1. Wake up at 5:45 and study in the morning.
  2. Buy and take lunch back to home for my family.
  3. Exercise : catching ball, biking, walking for 7000 steps
  4. Reading in the evening.

What bad thing I have done today:

  1. Eat junk food : fried chicken, pizza, sugar containing drink and snacks.
  2. Do not spend enough time on sleeping.
  3. Watch softcore porn.
  4. Playing video game.

What good thing I should do tomorrow:

  1. Wake up and do cardio at 8:00.
  2. Do not eat any sugar.
  3. Studying for the med exam in the morning.
  4. Hit the gym and do some resistance training.
  5. Talking with grandma.
