What good thing I have done today:
- Wake up at 5:45 and study in the morning.
- Buy and take lunch back to home for my family.
- Exercise : catching ball, biking, walking for 7000 steps
- Reading in the evening.
What bad thing I have done today:
- Eat junk food : fried chicken, pizza, sugar containing drink and snacks.
- Do not spend enough time on sleeping.
- Watch softcore porn.
- Playing video game.
What good thing I should do tomorrow:
- Wake up and do cardio at 8:00.
- Do not eat any sugar.
- Studying for the med exam in the morning.
- Hit the gym and do some resistance training.
- Talking with grandma.
