 2023/1/22 Journal What good thing I have done today: Wake up at 5:45 and study in the morning. Buy and take lunch back to home for my family. Exercise : catching ball, biking, walking for 7000 steps Reading in the evening. What bad thing I have done today: Eat junk food : fried chicken, pizza, sugar containing drink and snacks. Do not spend enough time on sleeping. Watch softcore porn. Playing video game. What good thing I should do tomorrow: Wake up and do cardio at 8:00. Do not eat any sugar. Studying for the med exam in the morning. Hit the gym and do some resistance training. Talking with grandma.
